When you first make your online application to Trade Mark Direct, you are asked to input your card details for validation and authorisation of future payment; however, Trade Mark Direct only takes payment for your trade mark application once it has satisfied all our 23 legal checks and we have established it has good prospects for success.

Trade Mark Direct only submit trade mark applications which we believe will succeed. In the unlikely event that if having offered our money back guarantee your trade mark application fails we will return our fee. Please see our terms and conditions on our website.
Depending on the volume of trade mark applications you wish us to process, we can sometimes offer reduced rate on our fees, although registration fees are necessarily a fixed cost. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
We accept credit or debit card payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron and Solo. All card payments made to us are processed on our behalf by a third party company and Stripe. Your confidential information is protected in transit from your computer during checkout using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest commercially available. Only Stripe and the acquiring bank have access to your card details. The payment will appear on your card statement as going to Trade Mark Direct.
Trade Mark Direct charge VAT on our fees to UK domiciled clients – there is no VAT payable on registry fees. For clients outside of the UK but within the EU, VAT is zero rated (0%). For clients based outside the EU, we will not charge VAT on receipt of suitable proof of address.
